Niblo is not a payment app. Customers keep paying with the mobile money provider they already use, on that provider's network. Niblo reads the payment confirmation and adds the points.

Is Niblo a payment app?

No. Niblo doesn't process payments or hold money. You pay through the mobile money provider you already use, on their network, exactly as you do today. Niblo reads the payment confirmation and adds your points.

How do I earn points?

Pay a Niblo shop with your mobile money as usual. As soon as your provider confirms the payment, your points arrive in the Niblo app.

What can I spend points on?

Customers spend points at Niblo shops and cafés. Shops spend their points on smart orders from participating distributors.

Does it cost shops anything?

The shop app is free. Cafés and restaurants can add an optional plan to reward and manage their regulars.

When can I start using Niblo?
